This party is the highlight of the year. We use this time to collect our children’s school reports, update their schooling information and hand out their school stationary for the following year. With much celebration we end the year on an excited high note. Hotdogs and party packs are handed out along with household care gifts to very grateful families. 

We use this time to specifically make the children accountable with their schooling. Once out records are updated, while the party is happening, we hand out the families unique family support cards for the following year. 

With over 800 families, this is the quickest way we are able to check who we have not seen at the end of the year to make follow ups. With our first party being held in 2002, we have managed to fine tune our systems over the years that help us achieve great success and measure our impact.
